Dianne
Polakoff Wagner, MD FACP received her BS in
Honors Biology at the University of Illinois,
Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, in 1977. She received her MD from the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of
Medicine in Chicago in 1981.She completed her residency in Internal
Medicine at the Michigan State University Affiliated Hospitals in 1984 and the General Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship in 1986. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Wagner is an Associate Professor of Medicine currently serves
as Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Director of Problem-Based Learning,
as well as liason to Learning and Assessment Center. She is actively involved in teaching and has a busy General Internal Medicine practice
